The Managing Director of the Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria (FMBN), Hamman Madu has re-stated the bank’s commitment to strengthen partnership with the Real Estate Developers Association of Nigeria (REDAN), aimed at ensuring more Nigerians have access to quality, affordable housing.

This was disclosed during a meeting with the Executive Management of REDAN led by its president, Alhaji (Dr.) Aliyu Oroji Wamakko at the bank’s head office in Abuja, the Nigerian capital last week.

While expressing confidence in the leadership of REDAN, Madu acknowledged the association’s vital role of monitoring, coordinating, and streamlining the activities of real estate development in the country.

Speaking, Madu said “I want to use this opportunity to commend REDAN under your leadership for the giant strides it has made in the real estate sector.

“REDAN’s work has assisted greatly in bringing sanity into the Nigerian real estate sector, he added.
