Property World Africa Network has commenced the construction of a luxury estate, a 9.1 hectare cosmopolitan residence encompassing 236 units of four to five-bedroom houses, located in the Centenary City of Abuja.

Speaking at the groundbreaking of PWAN’s Max Grove Estate, the Chairman, PWAN Group, Augustine Onwumere, said the housing scheme as a place to overcome fears, achieve dreams and homes designed to ensure that expectations were duly met.

He said the project would present opportunities for the Centenary City, adding that a saloon car would be presented to whoever makes a deposit for any of the buildings before the end of August 2022.

Onwumere said engineers, business development managers and independent marketers engaged in the project would commence the immediate construction of structures at the project site.

“This luxury project is being constructed to meet the expectations of those who would show interest in it and our team is to commence construction immediately”, he said.

The Managing Director, Centenary City, Ike Odenigwe, said the city was created in order to unify Nigerians and was established by former President, Goodluck Jonathan in two locations in Nigeria.

Odenigwe commended PWAN Group and noted that the Centenary City was a free trade zone for the promotion of economic activities in Nigeria, as he called on investors around the world to see the city as home.

The Project Manager, PWAN Group, Baron Okwuosa, said work had started on the site, as families were expected to be settled in their various homes before December 2023.

He assured investors that everything required for a conducive environment would be put in place in the estate, “including good roads, electricity and security.”

The Centenary City is a planned city in the FCT. The project is a master-planned development overseen by Centenary City FZE, as part of Nigeria’s vision to create the city of the future along the same lines as Dubai, Monaco and Singapore.

The city is to be built from scratch on 1,260 hectares of virgin land located several kilometers southwest of Nigeria’s capital, Abuja and 5km from the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja.
