A large chunk of companies are either moving their headquarters out of Apapa or re-strategising into new business ventures.

Petrochemicals, in the form of petroleum, natural gas, diesel and even bitumen have different depots scattered around Apapa and its environs. This is the reality of the later category.

While on the other hand, the manufacturers, fish importers are having a hard time doing business, mostly due to the traffic congestion.
